Kompass Group

The Karlsruhe-based Kompass Group acquires, digitalizes, and scales financial services companies. Thanks to its own digital advisor platform and further training offers, such as the 'Elite Financial Advisor Academy,' the group of companies founded in 2020 solves the succession problem of many small financial services companies. It leverages new potential in existing contracts thanks to the qualified data analysis. Over the past few years, the Kompass Group has pursued an aggressive growth strategy and acquired Grafenberg AG, among others, at the beginning of 2023. The Kompass Group now serves more than 70,000 customers.
