The company is located at the Deutsche Börse FinTech Hub in Frankfurt am Main. The innovative team has one goal in mind: the digitalization of transferable company participation rights. It is supported by renowned investors such as the listed VC Finlab AG. With its blockchain-based infrastructure, Cashlink enables the issuing of digital securities. For professional investors, the company creates flexible, easily transferable corporate shares regulated under German law in the form of a profit participation right. For this purpose, Cashlink cooperates with numerous partners such as the internationally renowned law firm Ashurst.
