Cardco is a Hong Kong based Fin-tech / Media start-up operated by the original founders all of whom have long C-level experience in finance and the media. Cardco's principle product is the ANGEL Mastercard, a Hong Kong issued pre-paid Mastercard designed for Mainland Chinese travelers. ANGEL Mastercard offers a simple solution for making payments in overseas countries and is now building a global network of merchants and service providers who offer card members privileges, discounts and VIP access wherever they may travel.   ANGEL will reach 300,000 Cardholders by the end of 2018.  The ANGEL website, App and Social media platforms will help our cardholders plan their travel, shopping and dining experiences as well as offer advice on health, wellness, lifestyle and education.
